Passionate about education, innovation, music, and business, Max Legere already has an impressive array of leadership experiences鈥痷nder his belt. In addition to playing the piano for and heading the tenor section of his high school鈥檚 100-person concert choir, he was the drama and arts committee head on student council and part of the starting lineup for the varsity soccer team.鈥�
A vacancy at his local farmers鈥� market spurred Max to start his first business, College Fund Coffee, which quickly鈥痝rew鈥痜rom just coffee to an expanded鈥痬enu, catering, and merchandising. 鈥淚 lead many fundraisers throughout the regular school year, raising over $1500 for charity with my coffee business,鈥� he explains.鈥�鈥淚 also鈥痵tarted鈥痑 fundraiser during the early phases鈥痮f鈥疌OVID-19 to help local teens most affected鈥痑nd鈥痶ook a job at a local grocery store to support my community.鈥濃��鈥赌�
Max is 鈥渇looded with gratitude, pride, and excitement鈥� about winning鈥痑n鈥疘nnovators鈥疭cholarship, and鈥痯lans to pursue a CPA designation after finishing his degree. He鈥痩ooks forward to鈥痝etting鈥痠nvolved in Enactus,鈥痶he Commerce鈥疭ociety,鈥痑nd鈥�渁nywhere else where I can be a part of a team for a good cause.鈥濃�赌�
